Skills

Skills are a measure of one's aptitude in various aspects of gameplay in the Dragon's Den. There are three distinct sets of skills: weapon, physical, and guild. Each set of skills work slightly different, but all are based on the same underlining principle of a skill of 0 means that the skill is completely foreign and unknown, ranging to a skill of 100 indicating complete mastery of that skill.

Gaining skills vary from set to set. Weapon skills are gained through use, whereas physical skills are gained only through the expenditure of ranks. Guild skills are an entity on their own and their use and application change from guild to guild.

Weapon Skills

The weapons available to players are categorized by a set of weapon types, with which each is associated with a skill. This weapon skill is a measure of your proficiency with each particular class of weapon. They can range from 0 (unknown) to 100 (completely mastered). Weapon skills are raised through the use of the particular weapon type.
